When purchasing your package, please include the name of your agent/manager in the “Agent” box. Once your photo package has been purchased, forward a copy or screen shot to them to schedule the shoot.

Once the photographer has been selected your agent/manager will coordinate availability with you and the photographer to schedule the shoot.

Shoot location and contact information will be communicated through agent/manager.

You are responsible for providing your own wardrobe. Your agent/manager will consult with you before the shoot.

You are responsible for hiring a hair/makeup artist if desired for an additional cost.

Please arrive to your shoot location early and check in with your agent/manager or photographer via text. Please stay in your car until you receive confirmation. Be clear on where you are going and, if possible, have someone with you to help.

To ensure our guarantee, your wardrobe, style and hair & makeup must be discussed and confirmed. Last minute wardrobe changes or shoot idea changes will not be covered in our guarantee. We cannot cover looks that we know nothing about! We have established relationships with agencies and managers that know how to style models and actors professionally to ensure successful on trend images that produce bookings. If you and your photographer choose to do additional images or looks outside of what is initially discussed with your agent/manager, you do it at your own risk. If you choose to do your own hair and makeup and you are unhappy with how you look, you do that at your own risk.

All shoots are produced in DIGITALS ONLY. No printed images for purchase.

The time period to receive digitals is typically 3 weeks. Watermarked proofs will be posted on a viewing site and forwarded via your agent/manager. Together, you will select two images from each look that your agent/manager will forward to the photographer for retouching.

Upon receipt, please download your images ASAP. Final images may only be available for a few weeks. We recommend that you download them to multiple locations, as your photographer may not be able to re-send them.

If there is an issue with your photos, please contact your agent/manager first to discuss your concerns. They will help you navigate next steps and contact us. Our goal is to please all of our customers. Our first option will always be to reshoot your images with the same photographer and get beautiful images for you to use.

Requests for a refund must be made within 3 days of receiving your images through an email request from your agent/manager. We ask that they communicate the issues with the shoot and reason a refund is necessary. We will respond within 48 hours of reviewing the email and refund via electronic deposit.

You reserve the right to print and distribute copies of your final edited images for the use of self-promotion as it relates to the entertainment industry. 

You MAY use images that are edited and sent to you by us.

You MAY NOT use raw (unedited) images to post or market or for any reason, they are for reference only. If there are additional images you would like edited, please contact your agent/manager and they will coordinate the price of additional edits with your photographer.

We welcome and encourage BTS videos & photos sharing your excitement about your shoot. While posting these images are valuable for your social media, they are also valuable for our agency and photographers. Because of this, please be mindful of flattering and appropriate angles not only for the model, but also for the photographer. Please clear any BTS footage with us before you post.

Once you receive the finished images, please tag your photographer, agent, and Talent Development Brokers on your social media of choice.
